The Life after Rugby course aim to equip rugby players with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully navigate the transition out of rugby and into their next phase of life. This comprehensive program covers a range of topics, including financial planning, maintaining physical and mental health, building and maintaining relationships, pursuing career opportunities, and engaging in leadership and community service. The ultimate objective of this course is to help rugby players build fulfilling and successful lives beyond the field.
Throughout the course, participants will engage in various assessments designed to ensure comprehension and mastery of the material. These may include quizzes, case studies, written assignments, and practical exercises. Participants will also have the opportunity to receive feedback and guidance from instructors and mentors to help them apply their learning to their unique situations.
The Post-Rugby Transition and Career Development course is designed to provide rugby players with the tools and resources necessary to successfully transition out of rugby and build fulfilling lives beyond the field.
